What a quick, but fun trip to London! Frank was traveling through Europe this week and planned to stop in to visit with the UK Elway team. He asked me to call in to the 7:30am meeting and I promptly agreed. As an aside, I offered to travel out with him so that I could be there in person and he actually agreed. So - I booked my travel, left on Tuesday and returned on Thursday - a VERY quick trip - but a very successful one. I pulled together a nice slide set and we had a very good meeting about the future. I'm glad that it worked out so well and I was able to score some miles towards earning my 1K status again this year.
The trip was so quick that I didn't have a chance to really do any site-seeing outside of chilling in the hotel room. But, as my plane landed in London, I took a few photos of the beautiful landscape - it was so very green and scenic!
