As I left for work last Thursday, Greg walked into my cube and let me know that he may need me to go to China with him this week to help win the DFE program. He wasn't sure, but told me he would confirm on Friday. On Friday afternoon, he sent me an email telling me that he would NOT need me to come, but before I even saw his text, he followed up and told me that Frank wanted me to come to ensure we lock down this DFE design. So, on Monday AM, I boarded the plane with Greg and I'm here in Shenzhen and then Shanghai on Thursday this week. Then, we take a midnight flight home on Thursday to San Jose, where I will spend the morning with Enzo before flying home on Friday afternoon. I will be a complete wreck on Friday evening, but the meetings are turning out okay, so its all good.
This time, the Westin was full, so we are staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in Shenzhen. This is a pretty cool hotel and much nicer than the Westin. There's a fun "bull" theme and they have a great pool and grounds.
I also enjoyed a nice workout this morning. It was good to have the type of morning that I know makes me truly happy in successful. I exercised, read my scriptures, had a kneeling personal prayer and overall felt really good and happy!

Finally, I took a few snapshots of the air quality in China this week. I've never seen it so clear in Shenzhen --> the sky is actually blue today!
