Another awesome Christmas Day is in the books. This is my favorite time of the year and it is even better as a parent. So much fun being with the kids and watching the magic of the season. We had a very small special tripped planned for the kids this year - a trip to MEXICO! They were so exited! It was really an awesome experience to watch their faces and feel their excitement. We had to hold that secret for several months! It was getting harder and harder to keep from telling the kids! LaMar and Marilyn's primary reason for coming out was to watch Jarrett during our vacation. Very glad we had them with us for Christmas morning though - super special!

Amy was so tired that she actually slept with the dogs - this NEVER happens! We were up until 1am getting things ready, but then Jarrett has been teething and he kept her up even longer - it was a rough night!
Our family tradition - monkey bread for Christmas breakfast. This is only our 2nd year doing this, but we will ALWAYS want to make this for every Christmas morning!
