• When spending time with a YM preparing to receive the Melchizedek Priesthood, they young man asked him what he has done to remain faithful
• This was an "inspired" question that really hit President Fairbanks and he's been thinking about it ever since
• D&C 43:8
• And now, behold, I give unto you a commandment, that when ye are assembled together ye shall instruct and edify each other, that ye may know how to act and direct my church, how to act upon the points of my law and commandments, which I have given.
• What are we doing to remain faithful in our lives?
• Moroni 7:20 --> very similar to the question asked of Pres. Fairbanks
• How is it possible that ye can lay hold upon every good thing?
• Answers: 
• to make and keep covenants
• examples of others and legacies of pioneer heritage
• relationships with Heavenly Father and others
• Moroni 7:25 --> through faith they did lay hold upon every good thing
• Moroni 7:28 --> they who have faith in Christ will cleave unto every good thing
• Moroni 7:33 --> Christ said that if you have faith in Him, we will have power to do whatsoever thing is expedient in Him
• Faith centered in Christ is the key to the Gospel of Jesus Christ
• Of all our needs, the greatest is an increase in Faith in Christ

• His wife has been a member for over 25 years
• Was finally prompted by the Spirit to go to church on his own.  Had some good experiences with the missionaries and was finally baptized in February 2018
• Sister Taylor Kofoed
• In 7th grade her neighbor gave her a plate of cinnamon rolls and a book of Mormon
• Lost of investigation with missionaries, but the move to Windsor and teaching with Andy Bagley.  
• She asked Austin to get ready to baptize her.
• The biggest blessings for her were the examples of righteous members that were placed on her path --> her new goal is to become that righteous member to help others

• Immediately addressed the senior members of our church - those in the "winter" of their lives.  But enduring to the end, these members are strengthening everyone around them!
