New Beginnings 2018

New Beginnings is likely my favorite mutual week of the year.  It is so fun to have the YW show up all dressed up and to welcome the younger sisters who are turning 12 into YW. I think they all hate it that I make them dress up for it, but it is SO much better when they do - they look so beautiful and they do a great job running the program.  This year, for my closing remarks, I took a level up and discussed how a level is used to keep things straight and consistent - then I compared that to the scriptures, prayer and to standing for truth and righteousness.  It went really well and I just followed the spirit and I felt the spirit very strongly - it was very humbling.  Here’s a few photos I snapped from the evening:
