Sledding at Rohmer Park

Although I was very nervous to take the kids sledding given my knee is still in recovery mode, I went anyway and I'm glad that I did. I will say that I haven't been very good at exercising and pushing my knee over the holidays and I'm suffering because of that. I haven't been able to see the really good improvements week to week that I did prior to the holidays when I was actually exercising everyday. It will be good to get home and settle into a solid rhythm. It will be VERY good.

Anyway - sledding was VERY fun! Jarrett was super nervous initially especially after going down with Alyssa, losing both boots and getting snow all over his face. He was NOT a fan. However, we moved down to the "bunny hill" and he really enjoyed himself. He even went down the hill several times without a sled - just on his bum --> he would say "Watch This!" - and then jump down the hill. So funny! Here are some fun photos of the morning!
