I'm blessed with an incredible job. I get to work with amazing people that give everything they can to make our company and our division successful! There are minimal politics and people just trust each other and work hard - its a very positive culture with open and honest communication. Plus, I've been blessed with job opportunities and promotions that have taken me to becoming a Senior Director reporting to the VP of APD. I get to play a major role in the strategic direction of the lab, which was my primary motivation for going to back to school to get my MBA. I'm very happy with my job, with the opportunity to work directly with customers, to travel and to lead a group of amazing people. I'm still learning things every day and it's just a pleasure to be working at Broadcom. It's also very nice that our stock is doing so well that my annual salary with bonuses and stock is paying me far more than I ever imagined I would be paid at any point in my life, much less already at 41 years old. I'm very blessed!
