We just finished a major project of repairing the stucco and re-painting the entire exterior of the home. It really looks great and the crew even had to wash the home and clean the windows. It cost a pretty penny, but really makes the home look great. We've also order two new back doors from Lowe's and should have those installed before Christmas, which will be very nice given the poor quality of the existing doors!
Our home is in a great location with awesome neighbors and plenty of room for our family to grow. We are worried about the proposed baseball park across the street and the concrete plant down the road, but those issues will work themselves out in time. I very much love our home, our friends and our ward --> the Lord has been very kind to us for sure!
