After the quick trip to Utah, we had a great Christmas week. Unfortunately, I spent way too much time worrying about work and making sure things were progressing well with Lacrosse and Davos. I ended up in daily calls with the customer and it took a ton of time away physically and mentally. I hope I never have to get this deep into the details of another program! What a pain.
Anyway, Christmas week was awesome! We had some great memories and rather than type them up, I'm just going to add the photos - they are each worth 1000 words!
For Christmas Eve, we had Adam and Mary over (her husband had her kids, so it was just the rest of us.)
We had the kids act out the Christmas story - a family favorite. We also did ginger bread houses and listened to some Christmas music all day. We didn't do a big meal, instead, we just enjoyed eating snacks and being together. We also played games and had a blast.
On to the photos. First, I show photos of the Christmas Eve lunch - we took the family to the local Mexican restaurant - Guadalajar - it was our first experience with Mexican on Christmas Eve, but it was fun!
