Technically, Jarrett turned 1 on 4/21, but since I was in London, we celebrated today - on Saturday. Ryan and Jennica drove up from Denver with their two kids and Adam and Mary came over as well (with no kids in tow). We had a really great time with everyone. We enjoyed grilling burgers and brats and visiting with everyone. We also had a REALLY great time watching Jarrett eat his birthday cake. It was so funny to watch!
In the morning, Jantzen, Aubrey and Alyssa all had soccer games. Jantzen actually scored his first ever soccer goal and he was so excited about it! It was the first one he has ever scored! Alyssa and Aubrey also played really well! I really love those kids! In Aubrey's game, she was playing really well and running around, but right in the middle of the game, she got tired, so she just went to the sidelines and sat down. She didn't even tell her coach. So funny!
