Start of a LONG Week

Today was the start of a really long week. I have a bunch of customer meetings lined up and it will be very stressful. However, Monday worked out pretty well, so I'm hoping the rest of the week goes well.

Here are the events of today:

  • 11:40am flight to San Jose - I did get to catch up on my Journal a bit. Still a ton to do!
  • 2:00pm - meeting with Insieme - went really well. We slipped Lacrosse by one month, which aligns with where the Insieme team is on their side of the program. We now have a plan to drive us to AR.
  • 3:30pm - one-on-one with Venkat. It was good to sync up with him a bit, talk about his merit increase and his overall performance. Enjoyed the visit with him.
  • 4:00pm - 6:30pm - slide review for Goldeneye4 DKO. The slides were not in very good shape. I tried to provide some feedback on this, but it was obvious that I would need to jump in to get the slides into good shape for them meeting
  • 6:30pm - one-on-one with Jeff Robertson. Jeff flew out to San Jose so that we could sync up with Deepak on the change to the F32 staffing plan. Turns out that Harish never booked a meeting with Deepak and Jeff didn't need to travel. But, he was able to sync up with the Blackswift team and the new F32 team, so it was still productive. I took him to Vito's and we sync'ed up on some things. He had a flight at 8pm, so I dropped him off at the airport.
  • 7:30pm - midnight - I worked on the Goldeneye4 DKO slides and got them in pretty good shape.

Time for bed! Glad this day is over! Here's to a great rest of the week!
