Paris 2017 - Day 6 - Mont St Michel and Champs-Elysee

We are so very glad that we took the time and the extra day to drive out to Normandy.  The American cemetery was AWESOME yesterday.  Today, we were treated with Mont St Michel!  This ranks as a top-5 experience in my life.  It was relaxing, beautiful and just a special experience with Amy, Ashtyn and Alyssa.

We started off with an awesome breakfast at "Hotel Rose".  We really scored staying at this place.  Breakfast was very "french" and we enjoyed a nice chat with the owners.  They are 4th generation owners and they really enjoyed our Colorado magnet and post cards.  We rented bikes from them and biked out to Mont St Michel - saving a ton of time and enjoying ourselves as well.

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

Finally, after enjoying Normandy, we returned to Paris and spent a little time on the Champs-Elysses for the evening.  We were pretty exhausted by the time we finally hit the sheets that night!
