First Class is AWESOME

Another 6am flight to SFO to start off this week, but this time, they booked me in first class and it feels great! What a difference! They served breakfast (which I had to be careful eating with my mouth) and it was just so much more comfortable to start this trip. I even got a little nap on takeoff. Not too long, though - way too much work to do!

This past weekend was pretty buzy, but it was super fun! I really enjoyed spending time with the family. On Saturday, we slept in a little, then hurried down to Denver (in a snowstorm) to spend the morning at the Science museum with Alyssa's 3rd grade glass. The kids really enjoy going to the museum and we did some fun new things this time around. The kids played "Maya-Ball" (photos below) and we also enjoyed the American India display, which we had never seen before. Although we were all very tired and hungry at the end, it was super fun to watch the kids learn and have fun. I can tell you that I really love my family and I just think I have the best little kids EVER! Here are some fun photos of our trip:

I do have to throw in a photo of the "perfect" fired eggs I made for breakfast on Saturday morning. Ashtyn was pretty impressed with the "twin" egg that she enjoyed!

Here's a great profile shot of Amy - very pregnant and just one month shy of having the new baby! We still have a TON of work to do to get ready, but we are getting more and more excited!

Here's a great family shot in front of the huge moose:

Jantzen was really amazed at the view of Denver from the museum. We stared at this city scape for about 10 minutes.

The trip was so successful that I even got a "cuddle" shot of Ashtyn and Alssya, which is a very rare shot, indeed!

After the museum, we planned to meet up with the Livingston's and the Spirek's for lunch at Casa Bonita in Denver. There was actually a little miscommunication on this as we were expecting to meet them for lunch, but they were planning on meeting a little later. So, we didn't leave the museum until around 1:15pm and we were starving!! When we arrived at Casa Bonita, the line was rediculously long and we waited around 50 minutes before we were seated with our food. The kids almost did better than I did during the wait, which very much impressed me! Even though the wait was long, we really did enjoy the experience and the food wasn't that bad. We stayed at the restaurant for nearly 4 hours, playing games, watching the shows and playing with the Spirek's and Livingston's. It was fun. Here are some photos to enjoy:
